1 cup strong brewed hot coffee (or tea)

1/2 Tbsp. MCT oil or coconut oil

3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)

2 Tbsps. coconut cream

1 scoop collagen peptides

1 Tbsp. ghee
