SweetLeaf, Monk fruit has changed my life! Having type two diabetes and loving my morning coffee with flavored creams is one of my favorite hot drinks. Once I was diagnosed I could no longer buy the flavored creams in the grocery store. I figured out the hard way that although they say sugar free, that was not true. My blood sugar would spike. Somehow I discovered sweet leaf. I don't remember how. Now I am hooked and enjoy so many delicious flavors. Such as caramel Macchiato Common English toffee, French vanilla, amaretto, and so many others. I enjoy mixing flavors to create my own specialty, yummy yummy. Thanks sweet leaf for changing my life! It's the perfect sweetener. Easy to carry with you. Easy to mix. And, the personal bonus for me is that it doesn't give me migraines like sucralose.
