Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened

3/4 cup brewed coffee, chilled

4 tsp. chia seeds

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 cup pecans, chopped and roasted

Directions

Slice the bananas and distribute the slices in the pie crust. Set aside.

Combine the oats, almond milk, coffee, chia seeds, vanilla, Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops®, and salt in a container and mix to combine. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.

When ready to serve, top the oatmeal with the roasted pecans and enjoy!
