1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1 scoop whey protein powder or collagen peptides*

1/3 cup blueberries, frozen

1/2 Tbsp. MCT oil or coconut oil

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup ice

1/4 tsp. xanthan gum, to thicken

Chopped nuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, or fresh berries**
